The Hotel Durant

Located one block away from the UC Berkeley campus is one of the landmarks of Berkeley, the Hotel Durant.  Built in 1928 and renovated in 1999, the Hotel Durant welcomes the delegates of No Frills to make it their home for a weekend in mid February 2004.  Each room comes with cable televisions, modem jack, and hair dryer.

Right outside the hotel lies the UC Berkeley campus, the famous Telegraph Ave., People’s Park, and slightly farther away, the City of San Francisco.  All of the delegates will be staying in the Hotel Durant in order to mingle and interact with each other more easily.
